Not every win has to be huge to count. You don’t need a perfect week, a major glow-up, or a giant accomplishment to be proud of yourself. Sometimes self-care looks like noticing the small things you did do.

Got out of bed when you didn’t feel like it? Win. Turned in an assignment? Win. Drank water, cleaned your space, texted a friend back, took a walk, asked for help? All wins.

Tiny wins build momentum. They remind you that progress is still progress, even when life feels busy, stressful, or messy. The more you notice what’s going right, the easier it can be to keep moving forward.

Today, celebrate the little things. They’re often bigger than they seem.

💛 Try This Today:

Make a list of 3 tiny wins from this week. No win is too small.

📝 Journal Prompt:

What small habits or choices help me feel proud, calm, or more in control of my life?

The people around you can influence your choices more than you think. The right circle supports you, respects your boundaries, and helps you stay on track. The wrong one can push you into situations you’re not comfortable with.

Take a minute to check in:

• Do I feel like I can be myself around my friends?

• Do they respect my choices—even when I say no?

• Do I feel better or worse after spending time with them?

Try this today:

• Spend time with someone who lifts you up

• Set a small boundary if something feels off

• Make plans that don’t involve pressure or risky choices

Strong friendships = stronger decisions. You deserve a circle that has your back.

For families: Start a casual conversation about friendships—ask your teen who they feel most comfortable with and why. Keep it open, not judgmental.

Journal prompt: What qualities do I want in the people I spend the most time with?

📵Screens are part of everyday life. Homework, socializing, gaming, and scrolling all add up. Too much screen time can leave us feeling drained, distracted, and even stressed without realizing it.

This week’s self-care reminder: manage your screen time so it doesn’t manage you.

Try this simple family reset:

📱 Pick one screen-free time today (even just 30 to 60 minutes)🎲 Do something together instead. Play a game, take a walk, cook, or just talk.

🔕 Turn off non-important notifications for the day

😴 Set a "phones down" time before bed

Small boundaries with technology can improve sleep, mood, focus, and family connection. These are all protective factors that help youth build resilience and make healthy choices.

Self-Care Challenge: What is one small boundary you could set with screens this week?

Journal Prompt: How does my mood change when I take a break from screens? What is one thing I enjoy doing that does not involve my phone?
