Have you or a loved one recently been released from prison due to substance related offenses?  Struggling to find resources to assist with this transition?  Below you will find resources to help provide support during this time.  These resources are here to help you apply for assistance and/or ID’s, locate housing, obtain job training, find employment and more.  If you have a need, please reach out.  There are individuals at these organizations that are ready and waiting to help.


Family Service Agency

 FSA supports children, adolescents, adults, and families. We offer counseling, medication management, and treatment for substance use disorders.

Provides supportive services, information referrals, and mentorship for individuals returning to the community form incarceration

A non-profit family that offers a comprehensive array of services that contribute to the overall well-being of individuals, families and communities.
