Time for Change

Leaves aren't the only things that can change this Fall. There are many things you can change to help protect and nourish your mental health this season, such as...

🍂 your mind - decide to say no to something that you felt you had to say yes to

🍂 your support system - surround yourself with people that have your best interests at heart

🍂 your boundaries - change them as often as you need

🍂 your mood - get outside and take a walk, try some meditation, do whatever you can to get out of a negative headspace

there's lots of healthy ways to change things for the better, start with little things and work up to the bigger ones. Change can be hard, but it is worth it if it means you are finally putting yourself first.
