Here are 5 simple (and fun) ways to make physical self-care a family thing:

2. Cook Something New Together: Pick a fresh recipe, try a new veggie, and let the kids help with prep. Healthy meals taste better when everyone’s involved.


3. Create a Wind-Down Routine: A calm bedtime routine helps the whole family recharge. Try stretching, reading, or dimming the lights to signal it’s time to rest.
