Burned Out? Let's Make a Plan

This week we want you and your family to think about burnout. This is something everyone comes across, you can experience burnout from work, school, parenting, and so much more.

Because this can effect everyone in the family, it's a great idea to come up with a burnout plan for every member. First step is to sit down and discuss how to recognize burnout. Next is to throw around ideas as to what each person can do to avoid or relieve burnout. Create a bullet list, a poster, something that can be used as a reminder as to what to do when you reach that snapping point.
