It's Okay To Ask For Help

In honor of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth today's #Self-CareSunday is an important reminder to everyone that there's nothing wrong with asking for help.

Finding the right health care professional or program can be a lot of work. Here’s where you can start. 👇

1. Ask someone you trust for a recommendation like a doctor, social worker, loved ones, or friends you trust.

2. During your search, look for treatment or support that: Accepts your insurance or offers free or low-cost services

3. If the cost is keeping you from getting help, learn about how to pay for treatment or find free or low-cost options at
