What's Really Scary...

It's Halloween soon but you know what's really scary? Not prioritizing your mental health needs. This graphic we found is not just cute, it reminds us of an important part of daily self-care. It's not always about what we should be doing, sometimes it's about what we should try to stop doing.

🗣️ Teen Tip: Model this out loud by talking to yourself "Today I will not let myself worry excessively about things I cannot control. If I find myself struggling with this I will take some deep breaths.

Today take some time to journal out or talk about specific things you would like to stop doing that will boost your mental health. Make a plan for one or two of them and put it in action this week.
