🌵 Self Care Sunday 🌵

I'm sure you have noticed that now is that magical time of the year where our weather is simply beautiful during the day. It's the perfect time to unplug and unwind, and what better place to do that then outdoors in this gorgeous weather? Maybe that looks like a quick jog, or simply sitting out on your patio with a nice cup of coffee.

Here are a few more ideas for getting out and focusing on YOU!

⇢ A game of catch

⇢ Fly a kite at your local park

⇢ Meetup with a neighbor

⇢ Go on a hike (Superstition has some great trails!)

⇢ Try your hand at gardening (Have you checked out the Earth Heart Community Garden from our Spotlight?)

⇢ Ride a bike or rollerblade

⇢ Soak up the sun with a good book

⇢ Grab a mat and do a little yoga or stretching

⇢ Have a picnic with family or friends
