Self-Care Jar



Looking for a fun and easy way to incorporate consistent self-care with your family? Why not try out a self-care jar? You can have one full of ideas for the whole family, or every person can have their own and decorate them!


Here's what you do


1. Get an empty jar or jars

2. Optional: decorate your jar!

3. Write down your favorite self care ideas on strips of paper. Need ideas? Check out the list: https://buff.ly/3uOp4yX

4. Whenever someone is feeling down, stressed out, or drained – pull out a strip of paper and then do that activity. It's as simple as that!
