Building Resilience One Day at a Time!
Resilience is not about being tough all the time. It is about learning how to handle challenges, understand your emotions, and bounce back when things get hard. One of the best ways to build resilience is through small daily reflections that help teens think about their choices, strengths, and connections with others.
This week’s resiliency guide encourages young people to check in with themselves throughout the week.
Practices like this help teens:
✨ Build stronger self-confidence
✨ Learn healthy ways to cope with stress
✨ Strengthen friendships and connections
✨ Recognize their own growth and abilities
✨ Develop a stronger sense of purpose and responsibility
When teens regularly pause to reflect, they become more aware of their emotions, their decisions, and the positive impact they can have on others. These small moments of self-awareness can make a big difference over time.
Encourage the teens in your life to try a few of the prompts this week (graphic below). It can be a great conversation starter at the dinner table, in the car, or during a quiet moment at the end of the day.

💭Journal Prompt:
What is one small habit you could start this week that would help you feel more confident, connected, or in control?
