Here’s how to start:
Find a jar, basket, or even a decorated box.
Set out slips of paper and pens.
Each day, invite every family member to write down one thing they’re grateful for — a fun moment, a kind word, a favorite meal, anything!
Drop the notes into the jar and watch it fill with positivity.
