This week's challenge is simple: create a Summer Bucket List as a family.

Summer has a way of going by quick. Before the season gets away from you, take 15 minutes together to make a list of activities your family wants to do this summer.
The goal isn't to plan an expensive vacation or pack every weekend with activities. Just focus on simple experiences that help your family connect, have fun, and make memories together.
Some Arizona themed ideas:
Watch a desert sunrise or sunset
Visit a splash pad or community pool
Nature walk scavenger hunt (early to beat the heat)
Have a picnic (inside or out) with your favorite summer snacks
Have a family game night
Complete a summer reading challenge
Try a new local ice cream shop
BBQ and day at a pool
Water games in the backyard
Go stargazing on a warm summer evening
Strong family connections are one of the most important protective factors for youth well-being. Making time for positive experiences together helps build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create opportunities for meaningful conversations.
This week, challenge your family to create a list, pick one activity, and make it happen before next Sunday.
