End-of-School Burnout ☀️

By May, a lot of teens are running on empty. Finals, projects, sports, events, jobs, social plans and it all adds up fast. Feeling tired, unmotivated, stressed, or emotionally drained this time of year is more common than people think.



This week’s reminder to help instill in our teens: taking care of yourself is part of finishing strong.


Simple ways to recharge this week:

🧃 Stay hydrated throughout the day

📵 Take short breaks from screens and social media

🎧 Listen to music that helps you relax or reset

☀️ Spend a little time outside each day

🛏️ Try to get an extra hour of sleep this week

✅ Give yourself credit for the small wins


When stress builds up, it can affect mental health, decision-making, and coping skills. Small self-care habits can make a big difference during overwhelming times.
